- Condition: Items must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as they were received.
- Exclusions: Perishable goods such as teas and herbs cannot be returned. Custom orders and sale items are also non-returnable unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return

- Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
